Dr. Gonzalez is an Associate Professor of Sports Medicine at New York Medical College. He is a member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine and the American College of Sports Medicine where he is on track to receive his 'degree of fellow' next year. He has presented research in key Sports Medicine topics nationally and internationally.
