Biography
Larry L-T Ho, MD, currently is professor emeritus at National Yang-Ming University (NYMU) and consultant professor physician and investigator at Taipei Veterans General Hospital (Taipei-VGH) in Taiwan. He has been chair of the department of medical research and education at Taipei-VGH from 1994 to 2009, dean of medical school at NYMU during 1999-2005, and adjunct professor in the department of life science at National Tsing Hua University. Dr. Ho received his medical degree from the National Defence Medical Centre with honors, and completed his residency at Taipei-VGH. In his early career, Dr. Ho went to the U.S. and appointed as an instructor at the Michigan Diabetes Research & Training Centre and in the division of endocrinology and metabolism at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
